This year, I'm feeling a lot of job burnout職業倦怠.

At work, I feel like a robot機器人.

Because there's no other way, I'm working like this because I need money now.

Sometimes I don't want to correct改正 my students學生 at work.

I've probably大概 told them a million百萬 times.

They're good for cats sometimes.

I have to keep a peaceful平靜 and rational合理 image肖像 when I'm working.

It's uncomfortable不舒服 when I can't express表達 myself.

I like to rest quietly悄悄, drink water, and watch files文件.

Seeing superficial表面的 harmony和諧 can be depressing沮喪 at times.

Today, there was a student who kept disturbing打擾 other students.

I couldn't take it anymore after the fourth time.

I kept rolling my eyes翻白眼 and kept asking him to go outside to rest, but he didn't.

When I'm working, I have to respect尊重 an individual's個人的 behavior行為, but I have to correct him, which is exhausting筋疲力盡.

The pickled fish was quite tasty. 

Overall, it was an interesting and memorable dining experience.

However, there were a few drawbacks to the atmosphere. 

The lighting was quite dim and yellow, which could be a bit uncomfortable for some.

 Additionally, it was not possible to book a table in advance and there was often a long queue on site. 

Despite these flaws, my friend and I found the overall decoration to be quite warm and cozy, with its abundance of wooden decorations and lively atmosphere from all the people on site.

We particularly enjoyed sitting near the door, finding it to be a comfortable spot to dine and chat.

Despite the initial appearance, this dish is actually quite affordable for two people to enjoy. 

While the price may seem high at first, it is justified by the large portion size and the variety of flavorful ingredients.

 The spiciness, pickled cabbage, chili, and Chinese herbs all add depth to the dish. 

Don't be fooled by the appearance of the fish, as the texture is surprisingly tender and the skin is flavorful.

 In fact, the marinade is so delicious that I couldn't resist having two bowls of rice to soak up all the flavors.

The pickled fish actually tastes pretty good, despite the fact that it looks like snake meat.

 However, next time I won't eat pickled fish again, because after eating it for a while I'll feel like vomiting, thinking I'm eating snake meat.

I wanted to buy a cup of oolong tea and vanilla ice cream, so I decided to sit in the supermarket and enjoy the experience of drinking tea and eating ice cream. 

Today is New Year's Eve and the weather is a bit cold. 

Taichung is much colder than Tainan and Kaohsiung. 

I feel uncomfortable. 

Every winter makes me feel bad, but it is unavoidable, so I have to find something to help myself.

I can't believe how much energy I have since starting my vacation. 

It's like I have too much time and not enough to do. 

After finishing my first ice cream, I couldn't resist and bought a second one. 

Now I'm walking through the beautiful Taichung Art Museum. 

It's a great way to get my steps in for the day. 

It is frustrating that even simple apps like a pedometer come with a cost. 

The fact that the pedometer app for iPhone was not easily accessible. 

I counldn’t find it.

It seems unreasonable to have to pay for something as basic as a pedometer, especially when it is only a small amount of money. 

This can discourage people from using helpful apps and finding alternative ways to track their fitness goals.

The museum has done a great job with the new decorations and exhibits.
 
Every year, there are new activities and installations to explore.

 If you have the chance, I highly recommend taking a leisurely stroll through the Taichung Art Museum.

In addition to the art museum, there is also a Chun Shui Tang here, providing a unique and attentive experience. 

The atmosphere and decor of the museum are also updated regularly, creating a feeling of traveling in France or Europe. 

The environment is perfect for enjoying tea with friends, especially on a warm summer day with a gentle breeze. 

If you find yourself in Taichung, don't miss the opportunity to visit the Chun Shui Hall at the Taichung Art Museum for a delightful tea experience.

There was no traffic jam at all when we came to Tainan today. 

The traffic conditions from Taichung were perfect. 

We stayed at the Fuwei Fashion Hotel in downtown Tainan. 

It took a long time to check in, but the hotel was very clean, even on the floor. 

The floor was clean, so I didn’t need indoor slippers. 

After that, my friend went to meet other friends first. 

I took it out by myself and ate duck rice. 

It was very delicious. 

The decoration inside is magnificent.

I feel that Tainan is very cultural, and there are many unique shops. 

Although the traffic is a bit bad when walking, maybe pedestrians all over Taiwan face some traffic dangers.

I'm very lucky that the weather is very good today. 

It rained a little when I arrived in Tainan in the afternoon, but then the weather became very sunny again. 

I was very lucky that it was probably at night before the Chinese New Year, so there weren't too many people.

Before eating duck rice, I saw an old lady who opened an old-style pork rice restaurant.

 I was attracted by this old style. 

It tasted really sweet.

 I’m not used to it, but it’s still delicious. 

There aren’t many customers inside, but I feel that the business is very stable.

There is a walking area in Tainan. 

It is very similar to the Korean shopping district. 

It feels unique.

 When you look at it from a distance, each store has its taste and feels very comfortable.

I just bought a cup of black tea and started drinking it. 

It was a very nice tea with a very strong flavor. 

Because I didn’t bring a plastic bag, I bought two bags.

It is a leisurely悠閒 Saturday星期六.

 I went to a hair salon沙龍 near靠近 the Taichung Art Museum to get my haircut理髮. 

The hair dresser設計師 at this hair salon was very attentive細心 and could pick out what I wanted every time.

 After I got my hair done, I had to go to a dermatology皮膚科 clinic診所.

I want everything to be unhurried休閒, and I don’t want to feel rushed急忙. 

I also want to create創造 my own favorite最喜歡的 podcast content內容. 

This draft草稿 was written寫 by myself.

 I hope everyone will enjoy it.

After seeing the dermatologist皮膚科醫生 again, I decided to go home and cook煮菜. 

Today I ate吃 a total of five different vegetables蔬菜. 

The first one was tomatoes番茄, mushrooms蘑菇 and bell peppers青椒, corn shoots玉米筍, and cabbage高麗菜.

I have always總是 felt that boiled food水煮食物 is the healthiest 最健康because there are not too many artificial人造的 flavors口味 or additives添加劑 to keep your body in a relatively相對地 balanced平衡 state狀態. 

Taking care of yourself seems to be your biggest responsibility責任.

I always go to the supermarket超級市場 to buy vegetables and fruits and try to buy mainly主要是 organic有機的 food. 

Although雖然 the food is more expensive昂貴的, I think it is worth值得 it.

After eating, I decided決定 to rest for an hour before driving to the gym. 

There are five main主要的 parts of the rest that I need to practice today. 

The first one is the chest胸部, biceps二頭肌, triceps三頭肌, upper thighs上大腿, shoulders肩膀, or the back背部.

I always feel more energetic充滿活力 after every exercise鍛煉. 

It is increasing增加 the body's metabolism代謝, it can also detoxify排毒.

Of course, when exercising鍛煉, you will also encounter遇到 some very selfish自私 people. 

They often經常 occupy佔據 several一些 equipments器材.

You can only attack攻擊 them with your eyes.
